This copy is "better than new." It is one of those books that was bound with glue to cracks and breaks down. We have disbound and re-bound the book adding a "mull" strip of binding material so that it is bound to open flat like a hardcover book. The only sign of rebinding is that the back cover fore-edge is about a quarter of an inch short, due to the inclusion of the mull fabric. This is Morris' classis and is indeed a keeper. Wrinkles to the spine due to previous reading before rebinding.
